What it covers
Quotations, sales orders, pricelists, discounts, optional products, and the document flow into Inventory and Accounting. Sales teams work in the same customer record as CRM and support.
When it fits
If quoting still lives in Word or email threads, or if order changes never reach warehouse and finance cleanly, Sales should be in phase one.
What to get right first
Product catalog, taxes, units of measure, and pricelist rules. A beautiful quotation template cannot fix messy product data.
